Feature requests are important for the enhancement of the software. Many features of the current software are based upon
the feedback of astrologers from all over the world.
So the software has grown since the first public release in spring 2004.
Nevertheless the software is a compromise to fit the needs of astrologers. The focus of the development of the software
is on the following points
Standard features of western and Vedic astrology.
Calculation options for research purposes.
Optical features like display of charts or Dasas, PDF output etc.
Features that are not so widely known but important to publish from the authors's point of view, e.g. Sarvatobhadra.
Please read the release announcements on the developer page (if available) to get information about upcoming features.
Rules for the improvement of the software are
New features must be common sense. So e.g. special systems of Jaimini astrology are out of scope.
Contents of classical scriptures is preferred.
Implementation of the features must be possible without rewriting the software.
