Application Window

The application window is the main window of Maitreya.

Description

This window is opened on the startup of the application. It manages all opened documents, child windows and extra windows (like ephemeris, etc).

List View

The list view contains icons for every child window. Each child window has an icon and a title that corresponds to the window's title and icon.

Context Menu

The context menu will be opened if you right click a child window icon. The menu is the same as the context menu of the window (right click in the window itself).

Tool Bar

You can toggle the display of the tool bar with the menu command View->Tool bar.

Status Bar

The status bar is located at the bottom of the application window.

The status bar contains optionally the actual ascendant and moon position. You can toggle the display of these items in the configuration dialog (e.g. if you want to save cpu cycles on a laptop).

The display of the status bar can be toggled with the menu command View->Status bar.
